Kobaja is the expression for the sausage in the Balkans that includes multinational, multiethnic population and nationalities with different flavors of people tradition. During the time of history and migration, people savor a cross taste of different traditions and cultures, creating a note of taste and traditions from the people to the people. Every note of taste is part of creating works of great artistic taste to charcuterie sausage, written in time through well-tested traditional recipes dating from 1902.
